Citrus / bread / animalistic notes Light body , low acidity , saulty feeling Great one for summer and sea side
Apple, apricot and peach upfront. Savory and saline finish. A nice sparkler from JP Robinot to ring in the New Year!
Robinot from the time he wasn’t degorging yet! Wow what a power. Acidity at the point, beautiful fruit, earthy, mineral and boulangerie!
So good! The same character as 2009 but ckeaner snd with a little bit of residual sugar
