Joe calls it “ambiguous,” I’d call it nearly perfect-juicy and alive. I taste all the berries and I never say that. Such a beautiful color, transparent blueish red. * my hand rests on a glass of Bichi, Listan, not the Fleurie. ** the Bichi is Smokey as hell in a good way, almost as if the mezcal has soaked into the terroir
