What a wine! Consumed over 4+ hours, this simply refused to stop evolving. On the nose throughout, a rush of crushed oyster shells and dried seaweed, developing a stronger lemon curd and green apple, and finally cantaloupe. Taste is energetic with vibrant acidity from the start - no display of the heat from the vintage, this has acid and concentration for days. Savory apples and lemon rind, oyster shells, wet rock. Fresh the entirety of the drinking period, air only served to concentrate the depth of these flavors. Finish is long, saline driven, with apple and melon. Needed to have this to believe it, by this truly stands it's ground with the best Chablis from De Moor. Vibrant. Contemplative. Elegant. Refreshing.

Unfolds beautifully with time in the glass.
