In doubt
White mulvar grapes are skin contact for up to 10 weeks and then 10% Tempranillo is added to make this clarette style. Gorgeous nose of cranberry and pith with all the skin maceration notes coming through. Palate is dry and taught but as it warms slightly it mellows. Well balanced, little phenolic grip from the white, and soft fruit finish. Earthy flavours.
