Saveur : fruité et souple mais avec du corps. Situé sur un domaine de 2,70ha constitué de vieilles vignes sur le plateau de Saint Lambert Du Lattay. Cépages rouges de cabernet Franc et de Cabernet Sauvignon. Levure indigènes, Pressurage très doux à l'ancienne (pressoir hydraulique), Absence de sulfites pendant les vinifications. Élevages en barriques et en cuves.
