Gribulles, un pet’nat à l’effervescence joyeuse ... Pétillant naturel du dimanche des Noades!!! Cette cuvée est issue de vignes de 25 ans, sur un sol argilo limoneux et calcaire. Le vin est mis en bouteille pendant la fermentation alcoolique. Cette fermentation gaz carbonique naturel se termine tranquillement dans la bouteille sans ajout de levure et de sucre. Assemblage original de 75% de Chardonnay et 25% de Grolleau.
