Un jeune vigneron avec beaucoup de talent ... Adrien de Mello possède une petite exploitation d'un peu moins de 4 hectares travaillés en Bio, sans aucune chimie et le plus souvent labourés avec l'aide de la jument du domaine, Toscane. Les vins d'Adrien ont un petit quelque chose en plus; francs et frais, ils sont pour nous à l'image de ce qu'on aime en Loire. Une belle découverte Cabernet sauvignon. Zero sulfite ajouté dans ce vin très équilibré, avec une belle densité avec des tanins très soyeux....
