Amphora / AAA / 2m skin contact / volcanic soil / rich / complex / nose: herbs, peaches / citrus peels / tangy / crisp / nice tannins Fantastic orange wine!
C’est vraiment très bon, franc, droit, sapide. Longue macération en amphore. Agrumes frais, amers très doux. Grosse tension. Très digeste, grosse fraîcheur. La bouteille est tombée beaucoup trop rapidement il va falloir en remettre une autre.
