Robe chaude, stupéfiant de sécheresse en vis à vis du nez. Saveur inédite. Vive la macération.
Best way to describe it is: a mineral electronic band playing in your mouth, while you are licking a penny. It is extremely subtle with notes of fruit I cannot name, but also a satin blanket is being laid on your tongue. If you get a chance to drink this don’t pass it up. Totally worth the price and the experience :^)
An amazing orange wine. I highly recommend this wine bar if you’re ever in Paris.
