mineral, crunchy with sparkling acidity. Hungarian ex vero!
Lots of citrus fruits (Neel says grapefruit) in this wine made of grapes from 5 year young vines. Grapes fermented and aged in clay amphorae for 10 months. Unfined, unfiltered and no added SO2. Happy to have this bottle out of 1500 on the market.
4h maceracion. Fermentación y maduración en ánfora. (10meses sobre lías) Húngaria. Balaton Organic. Biodinamico. Sin sulfito.
