It tastes like what you'd imagine from the label - rambunctious and direct and fun.
Maximum funkiness! Very interesting yeasty taste and aroma. Med body and med-long finish. Slightly carbonated texture. Hey, if you want to know what real funky natural wine tastes like, you gotta try this one!
