The estate was founded by Olivier with the first purchases of vines in 1989 to complete the small plots inherited from his peasant grandfather on the steep hillsides of Antagnes to the east of Ollon (VD). A grandfather who gave him a taste for the vine when at the age of 8 he helped him plant a plot of Chasselas (which is still in production to this day). Since then, the estate has been built in a family setting. From the 2017 harvest, Noé, Olivier's eldest son, joined his father, after studying oenology in Changins, to take charge of the winemaking. Finally, since the summer of 2019, Nathalie has also come to work with her husband and son by taking care of the tasting cellar in the heart of the village of Ollon. The estate has been making a shift towards organic since 2016 on part of the vines and then in its entirety in 2021 with a view to organic bud certification. The vines are 100% grassed, mainly planted in benches and the Bordeaux mixture treatments are supported by plant preparations produced on the estate. The vinification is intended to be minimally interventionist and spontaneous with minimal sulphiting only when necessary. The first natural cuvée of Chasselas is born with the 2019 vintage giving the direction to follow for a gradual transition to the rest of the range.
