Philipp Grob makes wine. Quite naturally from grapes that grow in the vineyards of St. Gallen. After manual picking, it is stored in barrels for a year and then bottled by hand. Unfiltered, of course. Out of respect for the natural product. Herbicides are deliberately avoided. Out of respect for biodiversity and the soil. Coherent. Unique. A product full of happiness and passion. Natural wine! Spontaneous fermentation without additives. No additives such as pure yeast or sulfur, nor stabilizing fining or filtration. Simple. Throughout the process - from the vine to the bottle. Most of the work is done by the sun on the slopes of eastern Switzerland.
