About
Cartoixà is the name by which Xarel·lo is known in Baix Gaià. It is our beloved grape, indigenous to our land, the backbone of of white and sparkling wine of our region. This 2n Selecció has notes of fruit: peach, ripe apple, apricots, as well as toasted and dried fruit notes reminiscent of hazelnuts and almonds. There are sweet undertones of cinnamon, caramel, quince and honey. The entry is fresh with a touch of citrus and the palate is broad and structured with marked tannin. The finish is long with the presence of dried fruit.
