Our vineyards are located in Penedès, in a rural town called Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, where we have the winery. The contact with nature has given us the ability to listen and feel, understanding the cycles of life where we are all connected. We want to protect and explain the original landscape working only with indigenous grapes. We can only produce lively wines from lively soils, so we work to increase the microbiological activity in the soil, looking for a plant-mineral balance. We guide the plant and we tutor it throughout the vegetative cycle in order to make it resistant and provide it with better capacity to adjust to adverse climatic conditions. We don’t abandon the knowledge nor the constant learning, but we base our work on minimal intervention. We don’t intervene in the winery, nothing is added, but we guide the wine studying and understanding its needs in order to preserve the personality and vitality of its origin. In the winery fermentation is done in old French oak barrels, clay amphoras and cement. The fermentations follows the course of the indigenous yeasts of the vintage, we don’t add sulfites nor filter the wines.
