Sometimes, to let a grape variety fully express itself, you gotta know when to keep your hands away and let the wine follow its own path. And that's exactly it. 100% Cab franc from Saumur, here the classic violets from the region mix with an animal wildness, fruit is crunchy, on the cherries and plums. Fresh yet complex.
