Restaurant
A field blend Palhete (mix of white and red grapes) made from Loureiro, Trajadura, Vinhao and several other native grape varieties of unknown identity. This unfiltered, sulfite free pet nat is filled with expression. Hints of grapefruit and rhubarb compliment its firm acidity. This pink nectar is farmed in Masseira fields, an almost lost, unique form of agriculture invented in the 18th century by Benedictine monks from Tibães Abbey.
