Caviste
The Marinho Jurapil is a unique wine produced by Luis Gil in the Lisboa region of Portugal. The grapes for this wine are sourced from a 120-year-old vineyard that features multiple grape varieties interplanted together. The primary grape variety used is Tinta Roriz. This wine underwent a distinctive vinification process. After a brief 24-hour maceration period with the stems, fermentation took place in wooden barrels. The wine then continued to age in these barrels for 20 months before bottling. The bottling process was carried out using only gravity, without any additional interventions.
