We are a small natural wine producer that started in 2017 with 2 small plots my grandfather owned. We picked those up and 7 years later we have another 4 plots of old vineyards (between 30 and 80+ years old) and we planted ou first new vineyards in 2024. All of these plots are located in Alcobaça (DOC Encostas d’Aire, north of Lisboa wine region) and range in size from 0,2 ha to 1 ha. All grapes are grown organically since 2021 and come from clay/limestone soils. We spray with copper, sulfur, plant and algae extracts, using a tractor on larger younger plots and manually on the old plots. Harvest is 100% manual and at the winery we use only small amounts of sulphur.
No rose wines at the moment.
