Our family winery, located near Krakow in the village of Świńczów (the winery is located here), has crops in 3 nearby villages: Smardzowice, Szczodrkowice and Iwanowice Dworskie. These are typical Jurassic locations on slopes of various gradients and orientations, mostly south-facing, with dominant rather heavy clay soils on limestone substrate, in total, on 2 hectares.

From the beginning, we wanted to run the winery using organic methods, so when choosing the grape varieties, in addition to the quality of the wine obtained from them, we were also guided by their resistance to fungal diseases.
We have been certified for organic farming for many years, and since 2023 also for the wines produced.

We are passionate about natural wines completely free of chemical additives. In their production, we do not use filtration, sulphur or temperature regulation for the fermentation, which is carried out spontaneously. We have 7 kind of such wines in the sale now.
