Het echtpaar de Moor is van de rechte lijn. Weinig spraakzaam, laat de wijn maar spreken. Glasheldere stijl, altijd een feest om de Moor op de wijnkaart te ontwaren, en nu dan beschikbaar bij Vleck, beperkt dat wel, dus wees snel. Leermeesters van de grote Thomas Pico, dat zegt eigenlijk wel alles. Referentie nummers een en twee in de Chablis.
