Caviste
Named after a unique patch of soil on the estate where an ancient salt gem in the sub-soil recalls a time when the Atlantic reached this land, making it sort of a geological memory that shapes the wine’s minerality and sense of place. Crisp acidity, mineral backbone, touches of lemon‑lime, clean salty‑mineral finish. Some also hear pine wood notes (probably it has something to do with the label).
