On Saturday 24 October 2026, we invite you to a tasting of wines from the three historic French wine regions of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne.
Representing the Bordeaux region is David Siozard of Vignobles Siozard, a forward-thinking winery from a region currently regarded as somewhat old-fashioned. Not so the Siozards, which turned into organic farming some years ago and also play with new natural styles of wine.
From Burgundy, we welcome Jean-Claude Rateau, one of the first biodynamic winemaker (since 1979!) from Beaune in Côte d'Or, and his ambitious cellar master, Amel Nour, who only creates wine, she likes (and we do too).
New to Cavino’s sparkling wine range is Champagne Daniel Moreau, a small family-run organic winery from the Vallée de la Marne, run by Julie and Bastien Moreau.
