Southern Spain is one of the most exciting wine regions in the world today.
Centuries-old houses sit side by side with young winemakers who are reinventing wine from scratch. Classic wines aged biologically under flor, and unfortified wines that take Sherry back to its roots.

The old style and the new, in one tasting.
