With a team of up to 15 people, we carefully harvest all grapes by hand in fixed field blends.

The vineyards have never been sprayed, which means that you will find no weird smells and lots of biodiversity. Only camping is possible on site with the possibility to use the shower and bathroom. We use the official system for temporary employment in agriculture.
