On November 8th, 2025, over 30 winemakers from the Republic of Georgia will come together at Industry City for a first-of-its-kind wine fair celebrating Georgian amber wine and honoring Georgia's profound influence on global winemaking. Amber Georgia brings the soul of its country to New York City, sharing the ancient traditions, vibrant flavors, and living history of Georgia: the birthplace of winemaking.

Amber Georgia is spearheaded by Zurab Mgvdliashvili and Iago Bitarishvili, iconic naturalwine makers of the Natural Wine Association of Georgia, with generous support from theNational Wine Agency of Georgia. The fair is produced by Alexis Percival, New York City-based wine consultant, sommelier, and partner at Ruffian Wine Bar.

Admission tickets include tasting with 30+ natural winemakers. In addition food and wine will be available for purchase on premise from our partner Restaurants & Wine Bars including Ruffian Wine Bar and Cellar 36! More to be announced soon.
