Dos Búhos is the collective dream of three generations of our family; It is the sum of all our efforts and the reflection of our experience and passion for art, architecture, agriculture and wine. We are rooted in this beautiful property that has a past of more than 60 years of agricultural, fruit and livestock production, which now, dedicated to wine production, allows us to make use of the extensive accumulated knowledge about the climate and land of the region. . Our wines are a reflection of the land and climate of San Miguel de Allende, they transmit the passion and know-how of our team, revealing unique aromas and flavors. As one of the few wineries in Guanajuato producing wine from 100% grapes from our own vineyards, we have the highest level of control over the grape growing and winemaking processes, which allows us to optimize the quality of our wine from berry to bottle. Our best grapes are handpicked and harvested to produce wines with the best possible flavor, concentration and depth. In the winery we use traditional wine making techniques that focus on texture, structure and complexity, while allowing the fruit to shine with minimal intervention. We look for quality wines with a marked varietal typicity, which reflect the character of the winery and enhance the concept of terroir, so from the beginning, we decided to make use of knowledge to work the vineyards organically and specialize in the production of natural wines. Our Community At Dos Búhos we believe that we are more if we work together to help each other. That is why from the beginning we value and strive to strengthen the local community where we are from. We promote and support local charities such as Feed The Hungry and Jóvenes Adelante that play an important role in supporting the local community with child nutrition programs, scholarships and training respectively. We are proud to be able to support Ópera Guanajuato, an association that discovers and supports young musicians by giving them classes and opportunities to perform various opera works in the State.
