Azienda Agricola Il Cavallino - Sauro Maule

We are a company of 6 ha of vineyards, we work with a little copper and a little sulfur in the vineyard, plus many natural invigorating products. In the cellar we use the same philosophy, not adding or removing anything to the wine, only a little sulfur is used in extreme cases. The harvest is done strictly by hand in boxes with grapes produced within the company. We are certified organic, but we do not display it on the label by choice. We are part of the Vinnatur association, an association of natural wine producers of which we have the symbol on the label.
