The Marco Turco farm has approximately 3 hectares of vineyards on the Breganze hills, characterized by volcanic soils, and the cellar in Brezzanvido, in the province of Vicenza.
The treatments are carried out with copper, sulfur and other products permitted by the organic regulations, even if the company is not certified.
In the cellar, the fermentations occur spontaneously and the sulfur content of wines is below 30 mg/litre in some wines, while in others no sulphites are added.
