La nostra Garganega Veneto IGT ha dimora su un filone di marna grigia, che qui chiamiamo “tère bianche”, che taglia a metà la valle. È una terra difficile da coltivare, dura e avara nelle annate secche e fin troppo esuberante in quelle umide. Il vigore della Garganega si adatta bene a questo posto, dove le viti sono disposte su larghi terrazzamenti esposti a est, circondate da frutteti. Ne esce un vino bianco corposo che colpisce per una complessità al palato ben integrata alla freschezza. Il colore dorato intenso anticipa i sentori di frutta stramatura e disidratata. Il finale è persistente, leggermente tannico e speziato, di buon equilibrio acido-sapido.
