It was born in 2011 with the creation of the first vineyard on Col de Doro to which, over the years, new plants have been added together with the recovery of old vines cultivated with historic varieties of Valbelluna.
For us, a place represents the synthesis between plant, soil and climate.
We are convinced that only natural agriculture can bring out these characteristics.
Viticulture, now completely disappeared in these areas, is coming back to life in a far-reaching agricultural project: it seems that the fatigue slowly, after a long work, gives way to joy.
Nothing to imitate, everything to interpret.
Grapes are the medium. Magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and silica are the fuels. Sun, wind, rain and snow are the thickeners that bind the territory to a place.
We grow the vineyard without using synthetic preparations, naturally.
The treatments are performed with natural plant extracts and, only if necessary, supported by copper and sulfur. Each operation, from pruning to harvesting, is performed manually, in full respect of nature.
Each vineyard is vinified separately.
In the cellar, spontaneous fermentations, little sulfur and long refinements.
No red wines at the moment.
