About
Prodotto esclusivamente con uve Sangiovese, diraspate e pressate. Una piccola parte del mosto viene congelata e successivamente aggiunta alla massa per riavviare la fermentazione prima dell’imbottigliamento, seguendo il metodo “ancestrale”. La fermentazione avviene con lieviti indigeni, preservando le caratteristiche autentiche del vino.
