Located in the territory of the Madonie Park between the municipalities of Cefalù and Gratteri, it extends into the splendid and generous countryside of Contrada Suro among vineyards of both native (Catarratto and Nero d'Avola) and international (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon) varieties and an olive grove of native cultivars (Nocellara, Biancolilla and Cerasuola). The altitude of about 400 meters above sea level, the mild climate and the proximity to the sea give unique characteristics to the land, giving our products unique tastes and high quality organoleptic characteristics. The company is conducted under organic farming, which allows the use of only natural products both for fertilization and for defense against parasites, insects and fungi. This regime is certified by the control body "Suolo e Salute Srl". Our vineyards extend over an area of approximately 6 hectares. The exposure of the vineyards together with their altitude mean that at the harvest the grapes reach a balance between sugars and acids, ideal for obtaining structured, balanced and pleasantly drinkable wines. The vines are rear-trained and Guyot-pruned. The soil, of medium texture tending to clayey, is managed according to the dictates of the organic farming regulations to which the company is subject. The grapes, generally harvested by hand in the first days of September, thanks to the load of yeasts naturally present in the skin of the berries, are vinified without the aid of any oenological product.
