On the southwestern coast of Sicily, the sea forms the backdrop to the vineyards that extend around the small seaside village of Torretta Granitola, between Campobello di Mazara and Mazara del Vallo, the tip of land closest to Tunisia.
Here we live on the sea, sun and wind, and we grow native varieties with respect for nature and biodiversity.
The wine ferments spontaneously and there are no additions or filtrations, in the vineyard we work in full respect of natural cycles, without doing too much work on the soil and without synthetic products.
The company currently extends over several plots for a total extension of just 1.7 hectares, but we are only at the beginning: the future project is much larger and more complex.
