About one hectare of vineyards, divided into small plots at an altitude between 500 and 700 meters. Ancient plants with centuries-old specimens of Chatus, Avanà, Bequet, Neretta Cuneese and others, alongside new Baratuciat, Pinot Nero and Syrah. The wines are characterized by different soils: terraces overlooking the Lower Susa Valley with deep soils of morainic origin and on the limonitic-ferrous clays in the Messa valley. The work in the vineyard, like that of the wine, is characterized by the principle of minimum intervention.
