Our vineyard is 64 years old, has a south-facing exposure, and is located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. We use biodynamic techniques (green manure and preparations) and no synthetic products. Only low-dose copper (within biodynamic limits) and sulfur are used. In the cellar, we do not filter or clarify, but use indigenous yeasts, and all our wines contain between 10 and 30 mg/l of total sulfur. The winery also houses a restaurant and several guest rooms.
