It is a family-run business where we cultivate about 6.5 hectares of vineyards, mainly with native vines. Our soils are rich in chalk and limestone, and also have an important clay component, typical of the Basso Monferrato.
Both in the vineyard and in the cellar we are certified organic, sometimes we also introduce some biodynamic practices in the vineyard.
In the cellar, however, we try to guide the wine without forcing it, preferring spontaneous vinification and limited sulfur addition. We avoid clarifications and filtrations.
No orange wines at the moment.
