Cascina Iuli

At Cascina Iuli we intend to enhance this part of Monferrato, keeping our approximately 30 hectares of soil clean and healthy, and bottling the true essence of this terroir and these hills. The project is to leave to the new generations at least what we have received, possibly improving it. I was born here and have always lived here. I like to work wines in the Piedmontese tradition (concrete and wood). Starting from the white earth and minerality from the soil, I try to make mild wines. I like wines that are easy to drink, not banal, possibly elegant, fresh, dynamic and crunchy. I am completing the range, with new wines of abandoned old Piedmontese varieties, Slarina and Baratuciat.
