Inside, 4 hectares are dedicated to vineyards, with plantings dating back to the 1960s and new plantings built between 2023 and 2024. From the beginning, we have adopted environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
The property extends from 270 to 320 meters above sea level, with vineyards facing southwest and southeast.
Starting with the 2025 harvest, we will be certified organic by Valoritalia. Since 2024, we have been part of the VinNatur association.
We are renovating the main house to create a four-room B&B and are building a small cellar, which we expect to be completed by 2026.
The property also offers ideal walking or cycling trails, leading from the farmhouse to the highest vantage point in the village, where we installed Big Bench No. 295, part of the Big Bench Community project.
