Agricola Arzilla was founded in 2020 by a team passionate about natural wine. Its name comes from the Arzilla stream, which flows alongside our vineyards and reminds us every day of the vibrant spirit with which we work.

Our vineyards are located on green hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea: a unique environment that gives the grapes an unmistakable freshness.

We manage 10 hectares of organic vineyards, mostly planted with native varieties, Bianchello and Sangiovese . Our approach is simple: respect nature—we leave the land grassy, avoid irrigation, avoid plowing, and minimize mechanical interventions to preserve the soil's natural balance. We harvest by hand and rely on the spontaneous yeasts of healthy grapes for natural fermentations. Each bottle preserves the vitality of the vineyard, with all its natural microbiology, without additives, fining, or invasive filtration.
