Il Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs Brut 2020 di Cavalleri è un elegante spumante ottenuto esclusivamente da uve Chardonnay, che esprime al meglio la tipicità del territorio della Franciacorta. Il perlage fine e persistente accompagna un bouquet aromatico ricco e complesso, con note di agrumi, fiori bianchi e leggere sfumature di crosta di pane, tipiche della rifermentazione in bottiglia. Al palato è fresco, armonioso e minerale, con una cremosità delicata e un finale lungo e pulito. Perfetto come aperitivo o in abbinamento a piatti raffinati come crostacei, pesce e piatti a base di formaggi freschi.
