Petite bombe, super minéralité, une belle longueur avec le pinot macéré ...

Vino Frizzante, rifermentato in bottiglia Metodo ancestrale, non sboccato, ancora sui lieviti. Vinificato "occhio di pernice". Profumi di frutta al naso con richiami alle fragilité di bosco. Sorso pieno, con piacevole bollicina sgrassante. Beva compulsiva. #lescavesdepyrene #lapidocchiosa

Perfect harmony between the sweet & acid! ...and the bubbles, -yum! 🍇: 60% Pinot Nero, 40% Durella. 🌳: 10-50 year old vines. ~1 hectar. 🌋: Volcanic soils. 🗺: Vicenza - Veneto. Alt: <100m. 🌦: Warm with significant rainfall. Harvest: September (manual) Process: Direct soft press without stems. Maceration: Pinot Bianco, 3 days.
