"Znestra" è un vino bianco frizzante dell'Emilia a base di uve Malvasia di Candia che conquista per la sua irresistibile scorrevolezza e per la deliziosa beva. Viene ottenuto da una rifermentazione spontanea in bottiglia, quando a primavera, con l'aumento delle temperature, i lieviti indigeni lavorano gli ultimi zuccheri rimasti. Il risultato è una spuma saporita, allegra e tonificante, dai sentori lievitosi, leggermente citrini e floreali. Vino artigianale, fatto come una volta.
