From the navel of our world, (Pantelleria) comes to light with powerful and rough but naturally velvety honeyed and delicate hands, forged by Dionysus, noisy as Nick Drake unplugged,   CLOE ’2018 by @battista_belvisi @abbaziasangiorgio. You will find it in Bagnacavallo last weekend from @vinessum @andrea_marchetti. Coral rose this nerello mascalese obtained from old vines, alcoholic fermentation in steel, then 6 months in steel and part in large chestnut barrels. A delicious sea triumph, scrub and wavy salty scents of rosewater, dried rose petals, blood orange, prickly pears, in a salty, rich, fresh, iodized and slightly balsamic finish. How much matter, how much fat, how much content, how much charm, in this Baptist bowl. Sea breeze, sun and morning twilight wind, this Battistino wine tells the story of heroic viticulture and the masterpiece of the nicest Southern Vigneron in the world, which deserves my respect and total devotion. ALWAYS READY In Khamma in a Dammuso Pantesco (female), overlooking the sea, in the evening twilight, lying in a hammock, enjoying a Capunata, in the company of Battista, Beppe Fontana and the ghost of Nick Drake and his suggestive "Pink Moon" https://youtu.be/aXnfhnCoOyo

CLOE' 2018 Rosé Nerello Mascalese @battista_belvisi @abbaziasangiorgio ———————————————— Orange pink, obtained from old vines, alcoholic in steel, then 6 months partly in steel and partly in large chestnut barrels. Rightly changed from the last time I drank it 3 years ago, scrub and waved brackish syrups of rose water, blood orange, ripe prickly pears and more evolved notes of alchermes peaches, bergamot and tamarind, then that sulphurous sensation, basaltic that accompanies you in a rich, fresh, iodized and slightly balsamic saline finish. A sacred and prodigious drink from Pantelleria. VERSATILE Flirted with Battista and "Eugene" of the Pinks who are not afraid of the ax in Pompeii. https://youtu.be/YtZqNAI4pBk
