Our land is located at an altitude of approximately 300 m above sea level and the vines have their roots in soils characterised by a succession of clay, sand and silt from the Plio-Pleistocene era.
All our wines are the result of manual work in the vineyard and in the cellar, without any other external intervention.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no temperature control, no enzymes or yeast added, the wine is not filtered.
