Movia Puro Brut Nature 2020 è uno spumante naturale Metodo Classico della Slovenia, prodotto dall’azienda Movia sotto la guida di Aleš Kristančič. Realizzato con Chardonnay e Ribolla Gialla, fermenta e affina secondo il metodo classico senza dosaggio zuccherino, risultando Brut Nature. Al naso sprigiona aromi di fiori bianchi, agrumi, frutta a polpa gialla e lievi note di crosta di pane. Al palato è fresco, elegante e vibrante, con bollicine fini, struttura armonica e un finale pulito e persistente. Perfetto con antipasti di mare, crostacei, sushi o piatti a base di pesce.
