Il Ghiarda nasce nella frazione di Rivalta, in provincia di Reggio Emilia, dall'azienda Luigi Galeotti. Un vino bianco frizzante biologico realizzato con uve di Spergola e Trebbiano coltivate con pratiche naturali, rispettosi del terroir e senza uso di uso chimica. Si presenta con un color giallo paglierino tenue, un bouquet di fiori bianchi, frutta gialla, erbe aromatiche e un leggero sentore di crosta di pane, dato dalla fermentazione in bottiglia.Al palato è fresco, snello e sapido, con bollicine leggere e persistenti. Un vino molto versatile, si può abbinare ad aperitivi leggeri, pesce alla griglia o al forno, piatti estivi di verdure e insalata, formaggi freschi.
