Amelie di Zehnhof è una Schiava Meranese Trentino DOC elegante, fresca e versatile. È un vino rosso ottenuto da uve Schiava autoctone, provenienti da vigne antiche (oltre 60 anni), coltivate con cura sul versante collinare destro della Valle dell’Adige, al confine tra le province di Trento e Bolzano. Al calice si presenta di un rubino chiaro brillante con riflessi violacei. Al naso regala profumi delicati di frutti rossi (in particolare lampone), violetta e una nota finale di mandorla amara. Il sorso è lieve ma ben bilanciato, con tannini moderati, bella freschezza, succosità; è un vino facile da bere, piacevole sia da solo che in abbinamento con piatti leggeri.
