Domàch “Cécile” Macerato è un vino arancione naturale dell’Alto Adige, prodotto da Patrick Uccelli presso la Tenuta Ansitz‑Dornach. Realizzato con il vitigno Souvignier Gris, le uve subiscono una lunga macerazione sulle bucce, che dona al vino un caratteristico colore ambrato e una struttura tannica delicata. Al naso sprigiona aromi di frutta a polpa gialla, fiori secchi e lievi note speziate. Al palato è saporito, fresco e armonico, con un finale leggermente minerale. Un vino naturale, elegante e versatile, ideale da abbinare a piatti a base di verdure, formaggi delicati o pesce al forno.
