Great one! Very energetic
a little farm-like at first but as it airs it gets cleaner. a tad dry with dried berry flavor. a little tart but nice finish.

Il vitigno è Lambrusco Maestri. Impiantato prevalentemente in zone di pianura (è nato dall’estro di un agricoltore di Valera, Luigi Maestri, bassa parmense) per le sue caratteristiche di resistenza all’ umidità, alla muffa, ed anche per la generosa produttività, si è rivelato un ottimo vitigno anche in collina.
